So, in response, I've taken the time to compile a list of good movies that I believe would make equally as enjoyable video games. However, the older I got, the more I strayed from playing the types of video games that were based on movies - in fact, I'm pretty sure they stopped making them. I mean - as a youngster - I used to spend all of my time playing "Goldeneye," based on the James Bond film, on N64.

Having said that, if the tables were turned, I feel as though the two markets would have much more success crossing over. "DOOM" - based on the famous video game series - didn't really do too well in the box office back in 2005, and that new movie "Pixels" (starring Adam Sandler and Kevin James) is up for a straight Razzie (an award given to the worst movies of the year).

Plenty of video games have become movies, and - as a general rule of thumb - they're usually not too great.
